Abstract
As part of my Liberal Arts and Science degree l joined the Kliemannsland GmbH in Rüspel, Germany from the 15th of November until the 4th of February to complete the UCG Minor Internship Course (UCG3RM01). After introducing the company briefly, I will describe my motivation for this internship as well as the process prior to and during the internship. In continuation, I will reflect on my work, tasks and supervision as well as on my learning goals of both generic and professional nature. Lastly, I will conclude by reflecting on my future path and how the internship has contributed to paving it.
