Abstract
This internship report describes my experience as an intern at the mental institution of Spinari, located in northern Greece. The report includes a description of the mental institution (facilities, type of patients), an analysis of my tasks and responsibilities, as well as some examples of psychiatric cases that I encountered. For confidentiality reasons some of the appendixes included in the initial report have been excluded in this version.
